Laughter Yoga originated in India and was developed by Dr Madan Kataria. It is a totally unique concelpt based on the fundamental premise that anyone can laugh for no reason – without the need of trigers from jokes, humour or comedy. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises, deep breathing and childlike playfulness to profoundly improve physical and mental health as well as emotional well-being, self-esteem and confidence. We use unconditional laughter, play and creativity to make us feel healthier, happier, and more full of joy – it is simply amazing!
Upon successful completion and assessment of this weekend course you will become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader with the Laughter Yoga International University & Laughter Yoga International – Dr Kataria’s global movement promoting health, joy and peace. This internationally recognised qualification allows you to acquire insurance to run your own laughter sessions.
