What our customers say….
“Jo’s laughter workshop really changed the way I deal with life and I have to say although it is hard to laugh at certain incidents in life, it really changes how a situation unfolds when you laugh at a problem. I never thought one workshop could have such a positive impact on my life but yours did.”

“Attended a Laughter Yoga Workshop during the Festival and spent virtually the whole two hours laughing! Jo covered the benefits of laughter, how to incorporate laughter into everyday life and also taught us the laughter exercises. I was so impressed with the workshop and the lasting effect it had, that I have booked Jo for two work events. A brilliant session by a very skilled facilitator.”

“What a way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Friends and I fancied doing something a bit different - went along to Jo Bluett’s Laughter Workshop and had an amazing time. Learning, practising and experiencing laughter in a whole new way was intriguing, uplifting and allowed us all to release our stress and tension from the week before. We left feeling rather giggly and very relaxed and with tips of how to carry on doing this at home. Book yourself in – you won’t regret it!”

“I first attended Laughter Yoga with Jo Bluett some months ago, not really knowing what to expect. At first I felt quite foolish laughing out loud at what seemed nothing in particular, but everyone else looked a little foolish too so I decided to carry on – and to this day I am so glad I did! Simulated laughter really does lead to real laughter. By the end of the first session I could not stop laughing and I was wishing that I had not worn mascara! I left the class on such a high, feeling great and with a huge grin on my face. I now do the exercises at home and in the car, much to the amusement of onlookers. I just love it!.”

“If laughter is reputed to be the best medicine, then we had an overdose at Jo’s workshop. Our aching ribs and facial muscles took a few days to recover from all the laughter and it was a great workout both physically and emotionally.”
Marlene S, The Voice House, Edinburgh
“Attended Jo’s workshop twice, once with a group of friends (brilliant, brilliant fun) and again with a group of strangers (a little daunting but not for long). Found both a great way to shake up some energy, exercise quite a few muscles, and be a bit silly.
But, more importantly, the relief and sense of childish fun felt following the release of what became hysterically funny laughter in the “laughter meditation” at the end was just phenomenal.”

“Attending Jo’s Laughter Workshops and Laughter Club makes me feel good – allows me to let my guard down and brings out the fun and playfulness in me – laughter really is the best medicine!”

“At The Voice House, we all know what singing can do for you both physically and emotionally. Jo’s laughter workshop added another dimension though, releasing endorphins and cementing the group in a different way. We all had a great time too. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I was sore for days from all the laughter!”
