Laughter & Happiness Workshop – NEW!!!!!!

Next date to be confirmed – coming soon in Autumn 2013

A workshop to boost your positivity, your happiness, your physical health and your emotional well-being…

As a Laughter Facilitator, I regularly talk about the powerful and healing effects of laughter and how the physical act of laughter is a release of pure, natural joy.

Pure joy is spontaneous, experienced in the present moment; it is not conditional upon goals, desires, achievements, the past or the future. Pure joy is within all of us, from the moment we first recognise the faces of our parents and learn to smile and laugh as babies. But for a number of reasons, our joy can become suppressed as we grow up and conform to the expectations and pressures of others and of society.

In this workshop we will look at:

  • the difference between happiness and joy
  • our inner smile and what it means to you
  • the importance of play and creativity for our well being
  • how to embrace and release our inner smile to improve our health
  • the importance of listening to our bodes and being kind to ourselves

All these elements will be explored through discussion, exercises, fun and games.

So come and play – and learn how to be happier and healthier!

Booking is essential!
